The document replaces the "Memorandum on Safeguarding Good Scientific Practice"and is available online since 8 July 2019 (German version). It comprises 19 guidelines covering different phases and aspects of research. Standards of good scientific practice when handling research data are outlined in several passages of chapter 3.3 (research process).
